  • Create deepfakes or synthetic media for malicious purposes

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the audio files you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Generated voice models and processed audio files remain your property. However, you must have the necessary rights to upload and process any audio content you submit.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our policies. We may terminate or suspend accounts that engage in prohibited activities without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but will respond to valid legal requests and reports of violations.

7. Privacy

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EAZE VOICE STUDIO, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eaze Voice Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
